AUDIT COMPLIANCE REVIEW (ACR)
The Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants
of Pakistan in its 128th meeting held in Lahore on September 27, 1998
has approved the enclosed Audit Compliance Review (ACR) for completion
by practising members.
This ACR will initially be completed so as to reach
the undersigned by November 30, 1998. Thereafter the ACR will also be
completed by all firms every year on July 1 at the time the practising
members apply for renewal of their certificate of practice.
All practising members are also invited to give their
suggestions to improve the ACR and suggestions approved by the QCR Committee
and the Council will be duly incorporated.
