The Board of Studies emerged from the Institute’s aspiration for creating a sustainable course of study based on best practices in education and training. From its establishment, the Board has endeavored to indigenize research and review of existing syllabi, and further development of study material, based on the need to ensure the delivery of consistency and quality to our students.

The Board considers the curriculum an important reference document that our students will use throughout. Thus, it must be well organized and structured to provide maximum benefit to the student community. The Board has the responsibility to continually update the curriculum so that the goals and objectives of the profession are met. Our ultimate aim is to align the profession to both national and international standards through collaborative and engaged learning.
