Amin serves as a Director in the assurance (audit) department of PricewaterhouseCoopers in their Riyadh office. He is mostly involved in the audits of financial services clients and jointly represents the firm at various forums including the CFO Committees of the Banks and Insurance Companies at the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency and at various Big four meetings.
He has been with Pricewaterhouse since 1996 having startedhis career at A. F. Ferguson & Co. (PwC Karachi) and subsequently served at PwC Geneva (Switzerland) and PwC Riyadh. He is involved on various high profile clients of the firm. He is and has been in the past, a very active member of the firm’s IFRS committee, the Risk & Quality committee and the Audit Methodology committees of the office. Additionally he has been actively involved in Learning and Education activities and delivering trainings internally and externally to large audiences including CFOs of a number of major organizations. He has also attended and delivered various trainings locally and internationally.
Amin has been involved on various special assignments including the onsite special examinations carried out on a number of major banks jointly with SAMA and has also been involved in carrying out Quality Reviews on a number of PwC Offices outside Saudi Arabia as well.

Muhammad Asif Iqbal completed his Chartered Accountancy in 1999 and is currently working as Technical Advisor in the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants (SOCPA) since April 2010. At SOCPA, his main responsibilities include assisting the Accounting and Auditing Standards Committee in development of the convergence plan with international standards, besides responding to member queries on technical matters. At SOCPA, he has conducted various training programs covering major differences between the Saudi and international accounting standards.
Prior to joining SOCPA, he worked at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) in its Quality Assurance Department and Technical Services Department from 2002-2010. Internationally, he represented ICAP as a Technical Advisor in the Developing Nations Committee of the International Federation of Accountants from 2007-09 in which he actively participated in the development of various guidelines and toolkits, specially focusing the small and medium firms. He was also nominated as the Secretary General of the South Asian Federation of Accountants (SAFA) in the year 2008. At SAFA level he represented ICAP in various meetings and conferences and played an active role in the development of the “SAFA Best Practices on Corporate Governance” and “SAFA Best Practices on Quality Assurance”.
He also has senior level experience of working in a multinational Islamic financial institution for around three and a half years. He completed his articleship from Ernst & Young, Karachi office in 1998. He is an avid follower of cricket and an active community social worker.

Mr. Amiris a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP), and a present member of the Managing Committee of ICAP, KSA Chapter with the portfolio of Head of Financial Affairs. He was a past member of the ICAPs committee of Professional Accountants in Business (PAIB).
Mr. Amir achieved distinct status of being a Certified Director (accredited from Risk Metrics Group, USA), the certification was arranged by the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance (PICG). He actively participated in the PICG forum which recommended changes in the Corporate Governance Framework in Pakistan. He has presented paper at PICG Conference on the Role of Company Secretary and participated in the penal discussions on Project Finance and Corporate Governance at the 2nd CFO Strategies Forum which was held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
He is presently working as the CFO & Company Secretary for Al-Waha Petrochemical Company, a Sahara Group company based in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. Before his present assignment he was associated with Byco Petroleum Group and held various positions including CFO, General Manager, Head of Corporate Services & Company Secretary.
He managed finance function for over 20 years mainly in the oil refining, oil marketing and petrochemical companies and has been associated with MNCs which includes, ICI Pakistan (now Akzo Nobel) , Pakistan PTA, Shell Pakistan, Asia Petroleum, Prime Commercial Bank and Singer Pakistan. He has also worked as Finance Manager for Farabi Petrochemicals Co., an Al-Rajhi Group Company, in Jubail, Saudi Arabia.

Abdullah is a Senior Director and Head of Audit, KPMG Jeddah Office, with over 14 years experience in various KPMG offices in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and Sultanate of Oman. He is responsible for providing wide range of audit and assurance services primarily to banking and finance, infrastructure and transport, consumer and industrial markets sector clients. Abdullah also carries a significant experience in organization design, diagnostic reviews and making recommendations of organization governance structure. He has lead a number of due diligence and valuation engagements in relation to private equity, IPO and privatization transactions including deals in banking and finance and aviation sectors. Prior to joining KPMG, Abdullah has worked for approximately 6 years with Sidat Hyder in Karachi and Dubai.
Abdullah is a Member of KPMG’s Global Transport and Islamic Finance groups and has been a speaker on various accounting and auditing forums. Abdullah has also been leading review teams for last three years in KPMG’s internal Quality Performance Review Program. Abdullah is a member of Steering Committee of Pakistan Accountants Forum and a member of Pakistan Executive Group in Jeddah.

Mr. Asif is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and a Certified Internal Auditor from USA. He has over 20 years of experience in internal/external auditing, financial and management accounting, risk management, strategy, budgeting, reporting and controlling. He started his professional career in 1991 from Sidat Hyder – Karachi office, moved to Ernst & Young - Jeddah office in 2001 and finally, switched his career to industry in 2008 and joined Emaar The Economic City as Head of Corporate Finance. He is ahead in vision/thought and business acumen, result oriented and a strategic team leader.
Empowered the team with fine balance of delegation, authority and control, thereby creating the best environment for the team to perform which brings projects and work to a successful conclusion. He has also conducted several training and development courses in the Pakistan and Middle East for national and international staff. He is a member and Vice President of the Managing Committee of ICAP, KSA Chapter as well as Secretary and Member of the Pakistan Accountants Forum (PAF), Jeddah and actively participating in the native community activities.
