INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES APPEARING AT DUBAI CENTRE |

1. |
The examination shall be held at the premises of Pakistan Association Dubai on the following dates: |

2. |
The candidates interested in appearing from Dubai Center are advised to download the Final Examination “FM” form from our website (http://www.icap.org.pk) and submit to Mr. Muhammad Nafees, Sajjad Haider & Co., 8A (8th floor) Dubai Creek Tower, Opp. Dubai Sheraton Hotel, P.O.Box 3251, Dubai, UAE, or it may also be sent by mail/courier so as to reach Director Examinations, ICAP, Karachi on or before the last dates of submission of examination form which are as under: |

3. |
The payment shall be made through either of the following methods: |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
• |
Bank draft drawn in favour of Institute of Chartered Accountants Pakistan may be enclosed with the form. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
• |
Equivalent amount of fee in Pak Rupees be deposited at any of the authorized branches in Pakistan and a blue copy of the voucher be enclosed with the form or submitted separately to Director Examinations, ICAP, Karachi. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
• |
In case annual registration fee is also due, Rs.500/- or US $ 8 (US dollar Eight only) shall be paid in respect of each year for which the annual fee is outstanding. |

|
|
|
|
|
• |
Schedule of fee is given at the back of the examination form. |
|
|
|
|
|
4. |
All students are advised to mention their correct email address on the examination form, because the admit card will be sent through email 10 days before the examination date. All candidates are required to down load their admit cards and carry it to the examination hall. |

|
|
|
|
5. |
Candidate who do not receive their admit cards 07 days before the examination date must contact Manager Examinations ( Mr. Aqueel Ahmed Farooqui ) ICAP Karachi on telephone no. 021 – 9251634,9251647,9251627. |
