SHAHID IQBAL KHATTAK

Shahid is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) and holds a Master’s degree in Management Sciences.

He brings over 25 years of professional experience in strategy and investment, finance and business management, financial/commercial due diligence & M&As, governance and organizational restructuring/transformation etc.  He has worked extensively across healthcare, public sector and government institutions, infrastructure and construction, tourism and hospitality, banking and finance, education, power and utilities, and telecommunications.

He has served the leading professional firms including Ernst & Young and Grant Thornton. His professional career also includes senior leadership roles such as Chief Financial Officer/Company Secretary in large public sector infrastructure development Company and Group Director Finance/CFO in large tertiary care hospital with medical college and allied institutes.

Shahid is currently serving as Director at BPO Consult, the finance and advisory company, operating in Pakistan, United Arab Emirates and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Within ICAP, he has contributed through various leadership and committee roles, including Member, Chairman, and Secretary of the North Regional Committee, Chairman CASA, and as a member of the PAIB, Public Sector, and CPD Committees of ICAP for multiple terms.
