Our internship program provides an exposure to real business responsibilities in different areas such as Education & Training, Quality Assurance, Technical Services, Finance, Publications, Information Technology, Marketing and Human Resources.
ICAP encourages the younger generation to explore different learning opportunities through internship. At ICAP, you have the chance to apply for the internship program throughout the year as per the need of Institute for a duration of 8-12 weeks. Placement of students can be either at Head Office, Regional Offices or at our Satellite Office locations depending upon the needs of the Institute and individual’s interest.
What we are looking for?
We need assorted, socially mindful, well-versatile, balanced and critical thinking undergraduate and postgraduate students who wish to work with our unique organization, which is the statutory body, and not for profit organization and gain real work exposure.

We offer market competitive stipend at par with the industry to our interns
The intern must have completed a minimum of:
- Six semesters for Bachelor’s students (3/4th of their bachelor’s degree)
- Two semesters for Master’s students (1/2 of their master’s degree)
When and where can you apply for internship
Internships are offered throughout the year in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Satellite locations such as Hyderabad, Gujranwala, Multan, Quetta, Mirpur, Peshawar, Faisalabad, Abbottabad and Sukkar depending upon the requirements of the Institute.
