Shortlisted candidates are called for the “Employment Induction Test”
If you clear the test and are shortlisted, a representative from the HR department will invite you for an initial interview followed by a final interview with the panel. Interviews are conducted on phone, in person, through skype or blue jeans or video/audio conferencing calls.
Background Screening/Reference Check:
Once the candidate is selected, reference checks are conducted.
Upon successful completion of feedback from the references, the candidate is made the job offer and given the appointment letter.
