CA for many decades has been a sought after qualification. Not only the financial strength it offers, our Chartered Accountants are a symbol and embodiment of success, integrity, competence, professionalism. All these traits have placed us in unique position not only in Pakistan but also globally. We have been reviewing strengths and weaknesses of our new entrants to the fraternity for a long time at many forums. There is a debate every now and then about the quality of our new Chartered Accountants. Personality presentation has become more vital than ever before. Aspects of creativity, creative thinking, digital marketing, HR, Internal Audit dimensions etc. would also be given attention. There will be three modes of imparting knowledge including lectures, interactive discussions involving veterans and case studies based learning.
