With over two decades of cross-sector leadership experience, he has led enterprise transformation, commercial acceleration, portfolio optimization, and digital enablement across FMCG, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, energy, and textiles.
Over the years, he has partnered closely with CEOs and Boards to strengthen financial performance, capital efficiency, governance, and organizational capability. He has also served as Group CFO at one of Pakistan’s largest FMCG groups and led the successful SAP implementation across diversified businesses, embedding global best practices to drive operational excellence and sustainable long-term value creation.
Ibrahim Ahmed Zahidie is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) with around 20 years of professional experience across KPMG, United Bank Limited, A&H Actuaries, and now at Prima Consulting. His career reflects a balanced blend of assurance, advisory and industry exposure within complex financial environments.
He has worked extensively in strategy and financial planning, reporting (including IFRS), business process digitization, risk management, and ERP implementations. His approach combines technical rigor with commercial practicality, enabling organizations to strengthen systems, improve reporting integrity, and enhance decision-making frameworks.
He has led various IFRS implementation initiatives in GCC and has supported businesses in developing structured financial models and business cases to underpin business and digital strategy initiatives and sustainable growth objectives.
Rajlain is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) with more than 13 years of cross-border experience across Pakistan, New Zealand, and the Middle East. He is a Partner at Virtuous BPO, a Canada-based firm delivering finance, technology, and consulting services. He leads the Governance, Risk, and Sustainability consulting practice, helping organisations realign operating models and financial strategy through ESG-driven transformation.
His work includes ESG risk assessment, decarbonization pathway design, and the advancement of reporting maturity to support sustainable, long-term value creation. He also designs and delivers experiential learning programs that link technical depth with organisational capability and sound decision-making.
Murtaza Jangda is a seasoned finance professional with over 14 years of leadership experience in prestigious firms like PwC, EY, Siemens, Emaar and IGI (Packages Group).
Beyond his corporate endeavors, he is passionate about community service and youth empowerment. For six years, he has led the Youth Summit from World Memon Organisation and Memon Professional Forum, organizing conferences that inspire and unite future leaders. Additionally, he is co-founder of an NGO (Thar Kunwaa Foundation) working extensively in Thar Pakistan.
Murtaza's involvement with his alma mater ICAP, includes participation in the PAIB Committee, where he leads initiatives such as the Pakistan Trading Competition.
Mr. Kamran Azim, FCA, brings over 25 years of diversified experience across consultancy, corporate finance, and development finance. His career includes roles at KPMG Pakistan, senior financial leadership at Total Parco Pakistan, and more than 14 years of operational and strategic oversight at Kashf Foundation, where he served as Chief Operating Officer managing a network of 300+ branches nationwide. He is widely recognized for his work in strengthening governance, internal controls, and financial policy development for the Micro and SME sectors, and has represented Pakistan at various international forums.
As CEO of Taleem Finance Company Limited, he has laid the foundation of Pakistan’s first dedicated education finance company, advancing innovative and sustainable financial solutions for underserved communities. His global exposure—combined with executive education from Harvard, Wharton, and Oxford—and his long-standing role as faculty and trainer for ICAP reflect his strong commitment to developing effective financial leadership and driving inclusive economic growth.
