In the wake of COVID–19 declared as Pandemic by WHO, your Institute has also taken several precautionary measures for the well-being of its members, students, staff and other stakeholders.
Some of these measures include:
- Ensuring all prescribed safety measures are in place at all offices of the Institute across the country;
- Postponing Spring 2020 AFC exams, which were scheduled to commence from March 16, 2020;
- Closure of all libraries for Students and Members across Pakistan; and
- Postponing all CPD events and gatherings requiring physical presence. Instead, CPD Committee and Regional Committees have been advised to organize more on-line programs.
We are continuously monitoring the situation and would keep you abreast with further steps that we take, as the situation unfolds.
These are challenging times, requiring each one of us to take all necessary precautionary measures for ourselves and for the safety of our fellow citizens. May with Allah’s will and blessing the situation eases out and things are back to normal soon.
